London Bridge is a long stretch of area along the southern bank of River Thames, starting from the iconic London Bridge itself and extending up to Tower Bridge. It is located directly below the railway station and together they form a major commuter hub. Both platforms can be accessed via an escalator or by a lift from the concourse. It is located at a distance of 1.5 miles from Charing Cross station. The station has all relevant facilities such as pay phones, cash machines, toilets and baby changing rooms.

Taxis in London Bridge station can be availed right in front of the station. If passengers are traveling to any of the international airports in London, taxis can be a comfortable choice. Taxis to other stations in and around London can also be availed.

The bus station is located next to the railway station and serves some of the major destinations in London. All these modes of transport use oyster cards for charges. If traveling in large numbers from a station to an airport or a hotel London taxis can make economic sense and can prove to be very comfortable.
